For our Club’s next photo walk, we will gather at the end of Jeanette Avenue* at 10:30am on Thursday, November 5th, for a walkabout in the 707 Community Park. This will be a great opportunity to walk in the 707 with Photo Club members and friends, new and old, capturing photos along the way. All are welcome.

We will be following the Jeanette Avenue trail, turning left onto the Trail to Nowhere and joining the Old Centre Road Trail. We’ll check out the viewpoint before circling back to the Jeanette Avenue trail via the Ricki Road Trail.

Dress for the weather. There are some short hilly bits, and hiking boots are probably a good idea. If you have a GALTT trail map with the 707 numbered map on the reverse side, it would be a good idea to bring it along. Walking in the 707 is easy with the many numbered marker posts that correspond with locations on the map.

If opportunity and interest warrant, we can head for one of the local eating establishments for lunch.

* To get to the gathering spot take North Road to Bertha, turn on Mary, then on Jeanette.
